SEMI Hockey is pleased to announce some exciting coach appointments for the upcoming season. These are in addition to the previously announced positions listed here, as we continue to round out what we believe is the strongest staff of coaches in the Lower Mainland.

Our Midget A1 program will be led by Russ Weber and Ryan Weber. Russ and Ryan bring tremendous experience to our program at SEMI. Russ has been a successful head coach in Junior hockey, midget hockey and bantam rep. He has been a long time leader of the BC Hockey high performance program and was head coach for Team BC at the Canada Winter Games in 2011, winning a gold medal for BC for the first time since 1979.

Ryan Weber also brings extensive experience and has been a Major Midget head coach, a Team BC head coach, winning Gold for BC at the Western Branch Challenge in 2012, he was assistant coach on Team BC at the 2015 Canada Winter Games.

The list of top players that developed under the coaching of Russ and Ryan and have moved on to NHL or college careers is too long to list, but they are excited about adding a few SEMI Hockey products to that list.
