High performance culture award

We are thrilled to announce that for the second year in a row, Semiahmoo Minor Hockey Association has been awarded the High-Performance Culture Award, based on the results of our Supporting Lines survey.

The award is given to sports associations that receive 80% or higher on their overall culture score in the HPI Team Assessment.

A message from Jeff Smith, Founder and CEO of Supporting Lines:

“We are pleased to announce that Semiahmoo Minor Hockey has once again achieved the HPC Sports High-Performance Culture Award. This award recognizes that Semiahmoo offers athletes an environment in which they have a great experience and perform to the best of their abilities. Semiahmoo is a progressive organization that is leading the charge in improving the culture of hockey. Congratulations on being the first minor sports association to win this award back-to-back!”

A message from our President, Jared Harman:

Our association takes a lot of pride in providing quality development for our players and coaches and the feedback we have received from working with Supporting Lines has proven invaluable.  To be recognized for a second year in a row is a testament to our program led by Shane Kuss and Matt Erhart, as well as the quality individuals we have running our teams across all age levels!

Thank you to all of those who took part in the surveys.
