What do i need to Manage my team?
If you would like to manage your team for the upcoming season, you must talk to your Head Coach, it is their choice to pick for each year. Once confirmed, please send your contact information to our office by e-mailing HERE.
Here are some key things to look after once you have been chose to manage your team:
Login to Team Snap and ensure your roster and contacts are accurate
Update your schedule with practice and game times as available
Work with your Head Coach to apply for any tournaments your team would like to participate in.
Set-up your first team meeting for players, parents, and coaches to review the expectations, schedule and all details pertaining to the upcoming season.

Must be completed every three (3) seasons.
Fill out your CRC form online HERE
Use access code: 474NMQ6BQH when completing your form. Once complete the form will be automatically sent to our office.
If you are unable to complete the form online, you will need to visit your local RCMP branch office to complete it in person. Bring THIS LETTER and two (2) pieces of ID. Once your in person CRC is completed, you will need to scan and e-mail a copy HERE.

Complete the online RIS-Activity Leaders Course. This course must be renewed every five (5) seasons.
Use access code SMH-T2D4W8D and ensure that Semiahmoo is selected from the organizations list.
If you have taken this course for another sport (such as coaching with Coastal FC) please click the link above, log-in and you will find information on how to import your certificate to your Hockey Canada profile.

Complete the online CATT-Coach Course. Please note that you cannot go on the ice or bench, or be rostered to a team, and will not have access to the Spordle software prior to completing the above requirements.
On-Ice Helpers (helping on the ice for practices only) need to complete the above requirements prior to participation. They must also be rostered on your official Hockey Canada roster.

Fill out THIS form
Send form HERE thirty (30) days prior to tournament, no earlier.
We will send you a signed form back along with your Hockey Canada Roster (HCR) and a pre-signed BC Hockey Travel Letter.
Send all three documents to your PCAHA League Manager requesting a Tournament Permission Number (TPN) and a signature on the BC Hockey Travel Letter.
Once returned, send all documents to your Tournament Host or Coordinator.

Request a ‘Tournament Permission Number (TPN)’ from your PCAHA League Manager 30 days prior to your event, no earlier.
Provide your League Manager all of your team and tournament details.
Send all completed forms with your official Hockey Canada Roster to the tournament host or coordinator.
